David Robert Breton and Raquel D. Juncal met at the Rotary International Convention in Toronto and noticed an opportunity for fellowship related to gin. In early 2020 they proposed an idea on social media to have a Rotary Fellowship of Gin.

Since that original thought the Fellowship has now been holding regular gatherings on Zoom as "Gintastics" and are expanding to start regional events with Board Members spread throughout the world.

The fellowship is expanding now with over 100 members and 500 followers on facebook.
